We never had a chance to conduct our 1st annual Forget Me Not 5K in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID uncertainty. Updates will be posted here when we plan the day and date of our 1st annual Forget Me Not 5K and Fun Run during 2022.

About our Forget Me Not 5K
To be held each year when the weather is cooler, the Forget Me Not 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run will raise funds for Dementia Family Pathways to educate, support, and provide resources for people living with dementia, their Care partners, friends, First Responders and healthcare professionals.

The race will loop through beautiful Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, FL on (day & date) 2022. You can choose between a recreational untimed 1-mile fun run, walk or roll (1:30 p.m. start) and a chip-timed 5K course (2 p.m. start) certified by USA Track & Field (USATF).

The Forget Me Not 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities and benefits will be listed after day and date of event are determined. Sponsors who wish to be included on promotional materials must turn in their logo and donation check no later the deadline.

Registration for the 2022 is open so that we can determine interest in such an event.
We will have early registration TBD (includes a long-sleeved t-shirt with $20 registration)
Regular registration ends TBD ($25, and t-shirt likely, but not guaranteed).
If you prefer no t-shirt, registration is $15, regardless of registration date.
