About Us...

Our Parkinson’s Support Group is free, open to the public, and refreshments are provided by The Blake at Panama City Beach. Our PD support group meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month and we have a guest speaker who provides information about resources, research, exercise programs, medications, and more. Exercise is the key to improved function. It is also important to get information, do your research, share news with family and friends, and find support for your journey.

After the guest speaker has finished, people have an opportunity to ask questions and share life experiences. We use the Parkinson’s Care Program® (created by Senior Helpers) that offers solutions and strategies for motor and non-motor symptoms. Join us this month to experience the difference a support group can make in your life. #seniorhelpersofpanamacity
