Free and open to the public! Our Dementia Support Group meets every 1st Tuesday of the month - except February when we have our annual Dementia Wellness Expo.

Our Dementia Support Group was formed June 2018 and is free, open to the public, and refreshments are provided by The Blake at Panama City Beach. Every month we have a guest speaker who provides information about resources, research, strategies, techniques, activities, medications, and more. Caregivers have plenty of time to talk about common interests, concerns, and challenges. We socialize, share ideas, help each other solve problems, and show support for each other in the process.
We offer solutions using Senior Gems Dementia Care strategies created by Senior Helpers. Free Senior Gems DVDs are available at each meeting. If you are unable to attend but would like a Senior Gems DVD call Senior Helpers: 850.215.1793.
