About the Event
When a person hears that his / her loved one is living with Dementia, reaction range from denial, anger, fear, and helplessness. Doctors diagnose Dementia but don't always have the answer to the question, "What do I do now?"
Our 2nd Friday "Caring and Sharing" caregiver meetings promote awareness and advocacy for people living with Dementia and provide Care partners with information, answers, and support. You are not alone!!
Meetings are free and open to the public. Free "Senior GEMS - A Guide for Families living with Dementia" DVDs are available at our meetins. If you are unable to attend, but would like a free DVD or you want to know more about Senior Helpers of Panama City, call 850.215.1793.
